Automation in brewing

Cleaning In Place
Cleaning-in-place (CIP) technology provides a suitable
answer in the search for further optimisation of the cleaning
process. Installation cleaning takes place automatically and is
controlled remotely by the operator. The brewer thus has an intelligent
and flexible control and operating system that governs the total
cleaning of the cold brewing process.
The CIP is custom designed and integrated in the
process. The system registers and controls the important data
such as cleaning temperature, times, concentration and flow rate,
etc
