The warm wort has to be cooled off before the yeast
is added:
Ensysta provides a wort cooler with a double plate.
This ensures that the coolant cannot contaminate
the wort. Constant control of flow level, pressure
drop and energy consumption is standard. After
the
set point is adjusted, everything else is regulated
automatically.
For the yeast to grow in a controlled way, sterile
air must be added. The wort aerator injects sterile
air into the wort. Ensysta supplies wort aerators
which operate continuously, reliably and accurately.
Parameters such as oxygen (in-line), air/wort ratio
etc., are automatically measured.
Tracking & tracing of this sub process is always
possible.
